Members are able to reserve the large pavilion for private events June 10 - July 31

• Maximum capacity: 25 people
• Rental fee: $300 Tuesday /Thursday and $500 on Saturday/Sunday  (payments accepted via Venmo: @HickoryHeights-Pool)
  • Only 2 rentals max will be permitted per week
• Rental Hours: 4:00 p.m. until 30 minutes before closing time.

Rental agreement contract will be sent via email.

Rental reservation must be made two weeks in advance and paid in full one week prior to the event.

Money will be refunded if the event is cancelled due to weather.
